Nadipariksha (pulse examination), various types of Nadhi, examination of pulse at various places, examination of tongue, Rupa, Shabdha, Sparshapariksha, Mutra(urine) and mala(stool) Pariksha are described. Etiology and symptoms of many diseases are described. Various types of Rasashstra yantra, Putha, purification and incineration of many Rasadravya (mercurial and metallic substances), purification of poisons, and treatments of various diseases with herbal and herbomineral drugs are described in detail. Each and every disease treatment is mentioned separately with various formulations. Mode of preparation, ingredients, dose etc of each formulation is mentioned in Telugu poetic style along with translation in Telugu prose.
