Ninth chapter describes about various topics of Dravyaguna, Rasashastra, Bhaishajyakalpana including Rasa Guna, Virya, Vipaka, drug collection, Maharasa, Uparasa, Dhatu ; preparation of Churna, Arishtha, Guggulu, Avaleha etc. Tenth chapter describes about physician qualities, diagnostic tools etc. Second part exclusively describes various diseases, their characteristic features, etiology, sub types and treatments.
